We Are Looking For An Assistant Engineer
Education And Experience
a. Educational background
• Engineering degree preferably (Civil or Mechanical).
• Extensive background in Operations and engineering maintenance of at least 3 years in a busy process,manufacturing or oil industry. (Oil & Gas experience will bean added advantage).

b. Skills and Competences.
• Work planning and Scheduling.
• Contractor and stakeholder Management.
• Maintenance Management
• QA/QC.
• Procurement policy and processes
• Project cost estimation and interpretation.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills for seamless collaboration within the team and with stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and practices in a hazardous environment.
• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot and solve maintenance technical problems related to equipment and have a proactive approach towards maintenance and reduction of down time.
• Demonstrated physical fitness to efficiently performduties in a demanding operational environment.
• Strong observational and analytical abilities toidentify and address potential issues proactively.
• Aptitude for teamwork, contributing to a positive and productive work culture while achieving collective goals.
