Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department. The successful candidate will assist in recruitment, employee relations, record-keeping, and HR administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Maintain employee records and update HR databases with new hire information.
Process payroll, leave applications, and employee benefits.
Support onboarding and training activities for new employees.
Assist in drafting HR documents such as contracts, policies, and disciplinary letters.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
Organize and manage HR-related events, meetings, and performance reviews.

Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources (HR) Management and/or administration.
Knowledge of Zambian labor laws and HR best practices.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
