JOB DETAILS:
Location: Lilyai (Near Oryx Filling Station)
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Manager to lead operations at our bar and restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of the bar and restaurant.
• Manage, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent service.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and quality.
• Handle inventory management, ordering supplies, and stock control.
• Create and implement strategies to attract customers and improve profitability.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any complaints effectively.
• Monitor budgets, sales, and overall financial performance.

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Proven experience in bar and restaurant management.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Relevant qualifications in hospitality or business management are an advantage.
