JOB DETAILS:

Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and other specialty drinks.
• Operate espresso machines and other coffee equipment with precision and care.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing inquiries.
• Handle cash transactions and operate the register, including processing payments and managing change.
• Assist in the preparation and serving of food items as needed.
• Ensure inventory levels are maintained and inform management of any shortages or equipment issues.
• Uphold the restaurant’s quality standards and adhere to established recipes and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient service experience.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to handle cash transactions and operate a register.
• Experience as a Cashier is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
