Position: Business Development Manager- Internship (Based in Mongu)
Reporting To: Chief Executive Officer
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand the company’s market presence and increase revenue.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and opportunities.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Lead negotiations and contract discussions with clients and partners to secure favorable terms and agreements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative product offerings and marketing strategies to meet customer demands.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, market dynamics, and industry trends to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Prepare and present regular reports, forecasts, and insights to senior management to inform decision-making and strategy development.

Professional Skills and Qualifications:
• Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Proven track record of at least 3 years in business development or sales roles within the FMCG industry.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical and strategic planning abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with market research techniques and data analysis tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
