JOB DETAILS:
As a Butchery Assistant, you will contribute to the preparation, presentation, and sale of fresh meat products, ensuring customers receive high-quality products and service.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in cutting, trimming, and packaging meat products according to store standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the butchery section.
• Advise customers on the best meat cuts and preparation methods.
• Monitor and restock butchery supplies as needed.

Qualifications:
• Prior experience in butchery operations is an advantage.
• Knowledge of different meat cuts and preparation techniques.
• Commitment to food safety and hygiene standards.
