The company is Currently seeking a highly skilled, professional Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this crucial role, you will work closely with our architects and project managers to design, plan, and supervise construction projects that make a lasting difference. List of Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and engineer high-quality infrastructure solutions in compliance with current standards and regulations.
• Conduct site evaluations to ensure adequacy of conditions for new constructions or repairs.
• Develop detailed project plans, including budgeting and site selection, to promote effective schedule management.
• Coordinate and communicate between various project stakeholders including contractors, architects, and consultants to ensure a seamless workflow.
• Oversee construction processes, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety or sanitary standards.
• Provide troubleshooting, problem-solving support, and technical advice during the project construction phase.
• Maintain detailed documentation of all construction processes and adjustments.
• Continuous learning about latest industry trends and technologies, applying best practices to all project aspects.

List of Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field required
• Proven work experience as a Civil Engineer in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of design and visualization software such as Auto CAD, Civil 3D, or similar.
• Firm grasp of engineering concepts, and experience designing and managing construction projects.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-disciplinary team environment.
• Licensed as a Professional Engineer under EIZ is preferred.
• Interpersonal communication skills, organizational skills, the ability to plan, balance, and prioritize work.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial
• Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies
