Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute conferences, corporate meetings, and special events.
  • Work with clients to understand their event requirements and ensure smooth execution.
  • Coordinate with vendors, caterers, and service providers.
  • Oversee event setup, logistics, and schedules.
  • Handle event budgeting and expense tracking.
  • Market and promote events to attract attendees.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to assess success and improve future events.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in event planning or hospitality.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office.
