JOB DETAILS:

Roles and Responsibilities
• Conceptualizing and producing high-quality graphic designs for a variety of projects, from
branding to marketing materials.
• Staying up-to-date with design trends and technologies to deliver fresh and innovative designs.
• Ensuring that all designs are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
• To manage and update social media pages
• To create and implement strategies that will increase our social media presence and relevance.
• Develop and execute creative concepts across various platforms, including digital, print, and
multimedia.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure alignment with brand objectives and messaging.
• Lead brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance brand presence and engagement.
• Oversee the production process, from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring quality and
consistency.

Experience
• Strong skills in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• A strong portfolio that showcases your skills in areas such as branding, illustration, and
bweb design.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to ensure that all designs meet high standards of quality.
• Knowledge in IT will be an added advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience (X years) in a creative role, preferably within the [industry/sector].
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative projects across various mediums.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant software.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate and present
creative ideas effectively.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving priorities.
• Passion for innovation and a keen eye for detail.
• Experience with project management tools/software is a plus
