JOB DETAILS:
JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality corporate customer experience with agility to customer needs, concerns and emerging requirements. Also responsible for serving as a liaison between Airtel Business and the Customer Experience department, focused on meeting the needs of customers in alignment with business processes and priorities.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES ARE:
Data Privacy Governance
• Responding to and facilitating closure of customer queries.
• Scheduling periodic service reviews to discuss service performance.
• Monthly ring fencing and relationship building to ensure customer stickiness.
• Conducting monthly vertical reviews with respective account managers.
• Facilitating renewal of expired customer contracts.
• Ensuring service issues are resolved to reduce risk of nonpayment due to service unavailability.
• Ensuring all account adjustment requests are attended to promptly to prevent possible overbilling or underbilling.

REQUIREMENTS
Educational Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree preferably in a Business/IT related discipline and any other related qualifications.

Relevant Experience & Functional / Technical Skills:
• Minimum of 2-3 years’ work experience in a similar role.
• Strong background in customer management retention strategies.
• Ability to operate in a performance driven organization.
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks or projects simultaneously

Competencies Required For The Post
• Business awareness, and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of customer service performance standards, procedures and practices.
• Sound knowledge of Airtel products and services.
• Excellent and effective communications skills, both oral and written.
• Personal organisation.
