We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to assist clients with inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or in-person.
• Log service requests and escalate issues to relevant teams.
• Maintain customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
Qualifications:
• Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
