KEDA Zambia Ceramics Company Limited is a joint venture with presence in West Africa and East Africa and is headquartered in China. Currently KEDA is the world’s biggest ceramic company and clean coal gasification system supplier. With 26 years continuous development, devoting on “limitless innovation and pursuit of better forever”, KEDA has been the leading representative in the ceramic industry.
SAP SUPERVISOR provides support to manage processes and working with IT to optimize the overall technical Department performance including automation and simplification of specific domain department processes, including systems account testing.

Job description
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of daily shipping and receiving.
• Ensures that warehouse documents are filled in an orderly manner.
• Responsible for systems accounts management
• Make recommendations on strategic direction for the use and implementation of SAP applications.
• May lead multiple project activities simultaneously, working with internal and external cross-functional departments.
• Ability to advise on process accountability, data monitoring, exception monitoring, data grouping and prioritizing, and process data analysis.
• Drive various improvement actions in standardizations and simplifications…

Qualifications
• More than 2 years working experience in systems operation and procedures.
• familiar with warehouse management processes.
• familiar with office software
• team management experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferably in a technical related discipline or any equivalent
• Pragmatic and result oriented.
• Structured thinking, skilled at investigating data, processes to ensure consistency, propose actions and improvements to systems and processes.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
