JOB DETAILS:
Role Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and reliable Delivery Rider to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering goods to customers in a timely, safe, and professional manner while maintaining a positive company image.

Key Responsibilities:
• Safely and efficiently deliver goods to customers’ locations as assigned.
• Ensure timely pick-up and delivery of orders according to schedules.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members.
• Maintain delivery records and ensure proper handling of goods during transit.
• Perform routine checks and maintenance of the assigned motorcycle or delivery vehicle.
• Adhere to all traffic regulations and company policies.
• Represent IL Mercato Zambia professionally at all times.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license, preferably with motorcycle endorsement.
• Experience: At least 2 years of proven work experience in delivery or a similar role.
• Attributes: Responsible, punctual, and a team player with a positive attitude.
• Skills: Good communication skills and the ability to navigate routes efficiently.
