JOB DETAILS:
Stefanutti Stocks Construction (Zambia) Limited is looking for a Document Controller who will be responsible for receiving, recording, and timely issuing of information to relevant parties on a project.

Primary Responsibilities
• Co-ordinating with the different departments within an organisation and ensuring that documents are kept in the right location and are accessible to all internal services.
• Manage all project documentation which includes tracking of documents, version control, archiving, document numbering, and document time.
• Develop and implement processes related to document control and management.
• Ensuring that documents are in the right location and they are categorised according to the type of document.
• Checking and approving documents before they are filed and liaising.
• Checking the quality of documents, monitoring processes, and helping set up project filing systems.

Minimum Qualifications & Skills
• Must be a Zambian Citizen.
• Holder of a Grade 12 Certificate.
• Diploma in Records Management and Archiving, or Information and Technology.
• Must be computer literate.
• Must have at least 3 years of experience in the same role, preferably in construction.
• Knowledge in Autodesk Construction Cloud software will be an added advantage.
• Must be a team player.
• Attention to detail.
• Must be goal-oriented and able to use their own initiative.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
