Job Purpose:
To provide technical support in developing and facilitating energy sector work programs to support regional energy policy development, harmonization, and domestication in Member States, in line with the COMESA Treaty.
Main Duties and Accountabilities:
- Submit energy sector work programs and budget inputs for approval.
- Develop model energy policies, regulations, and standards for harmonization.
- Provide technical support to Member States for policy customization.
