Responsibilities:
• Strategic Visionary: Develop and implement a robust strategic road-map that aligns with market trends, regulatory requirements, and the company’s long-term growth objectives.
• Financial Acumen: Oversee all aspects of the company’s financial performance, ensuring profitability, sustainable growth, and prudent risk management.
• Operational Excellence: Drive operational efficiency, enhance customer service, and develop innovative insurance products that meet the evolving needs of our discerning clientele.
• Leadership Excellence: Cultivate a high-performing and engaged workforce, fostering a culture of collaboration, empowerment, and continuous professional development.
• Stakeholder Champion: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including; the Board of Directors, regulators, investors, and the wider community.

Qualifications:
• Exceptional Academic Credentials: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Insurance, or a related field from a renowned institution. Advanced degrees (MBA, MSc) and professional designations (e.g., ACII) are an added advantage. Professional Membership(s): Must be a member of the Insurance Institute of Zambia Proven Leadership Track Record: Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience within the financial services sector, with at least 5 years at the senior executive level in a reputable insurance company. Deep Industry Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the Zambian insurance market, including underwriting, claims, risk management, and regulatory compliance. Strategic Vision & Execution: Proven ability to develop and execute winning strategies, achieve ambitious goals, and drive sustainable growth.Exceptional Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
