• We’re hiring for Field Operations Manager

• As Field Operations Manager you will be responsible for
• Ensuring reliable seed supply
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure sustainable people development within the field production team

You Will Be Part of Growing Team
Reliably produce and supply seed of acceptable quality and yield in alignment with ESCA business objectives.
Ensure reliable and sustainable seed production in line with the business strategy
Your Challenge
• Seed growers contracting and relationship management
• Leading and supporting seed production team
• Ensuring compliance with Corteva policies including safety performance improvement
• Delivering on the yield and quality objectives to ensure reliable supply
• Driving field productivity improvement

Key Stakeholders And Interactions
• Seed growers
• Production agronomists
• Regulatory authorities
• Production Location manager
• Quality assurance and testing

Location:
Mkushi/ Lusaka
Qualifications
To Grow What Matters, You Will Need
• Minimum 5 working years experience in hybrid seed production
• Valid SCCI seed inspection and sampling certification + AIZ registration
• Minimum Degree qualification in Agronomy, Plant science or related field
• Excellent interpersonal and people leadership skills
• Appreciation of quality management systems and continuous improvement
