JOB DETAILS:
A reputable Chinese company in Lusaka, Zambia is urgently seeking a competent and experienced HR & Administrative Officer to join its team. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of human resource management, administrative operations, and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee HR functions including recruitment, employee records management, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with Zambian labor laws and company policies.
• Manage immigration processes, including work permits and visas for expatriate employees.
• Handle statutory obligations including NAPSA, WCFB, NHIMA, PAYE, EIZ, and NCC.
• Coordinate office administration tasks, including payroll processing and benefits management.
• Maintain effective communication between management and employees.
Requirements
• Proven experience in HR and administrative roles.
• Strong knowledge of Zambian labor laws and statutory compliance.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities.
• Previous experience working with Chinese companies is an added advantage.
