Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate pursuing a career in Human Resources to gain practical experience in recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and more. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job ads and screening resumes.
• Support HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records.
• Assist in onboarding new employees.
• Participate in organizing HR-related events and training sessions.
• Handle employee inquiries and provide support where needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Requirements:
• Completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• MUST be a member of ZIHRM (Zambia Institute of Human Resources Management).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• 6 months to 1 year of internship experience is an added advantage but not required.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook.
