JOB DETAILS:
As a vital part of our team, the HR Manager will lead our human resource functions and contribute to fostering a supportive and high-performing work environment. The ideal candidate must be registered with the Human Resources Institute of Zambia (HRI) and have a proven track record of excellence in HR management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee development programs.
• Maintain compliance with Zambia’s labor laws and regulations.
• Manage employee relations, ensuring a healthy and productive workplace.
• Lead initiatives to promote employee engagement and satisfaction.
• Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and performance management systems.
• Act as a trusted advisor to management on HR-related matters.

Requirements:
• Registered with the Human Resources Institute of Zambia (HRI).
• A degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a senior HR role, preferably within the hospitality or tourism industry.
• Strong knowledge of Zambia’s labor laws and employment regulations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HR systems and tools is an added advantage.
