Job Requirements and Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all landscaping activities, ensuring the property is maintained to the highest standards.
2. Plan and execute landscaping designs that align with the aesthetics of Njele Country Park.
3. Supervise, train, and motivate a team of gardeners to meet daily and long-term landscaping goals.
4. Ensure proper planting, pruning, and maintenance of trees, shrubs, flowers, and lawns.
5. Monitor and manage irrigation systems to maintain healthy plants and lawns.
6. Develop schedules for seasonal planting and lawn care activities.
7. Inspect the grounds regularly and address any landscaping issues promptly.
8. Maintain knowledge of plants, soil types, and climate compatibility to make informed recommendations.
9. Ensure compliance with safety standards while performing and supervising landscaping tasks.

Job Requirements:
1. At least 5 years of proven experience in landscaping or horticulture.
2. In-depth knowledge of plants, trees, and flowers, including their growth habits, pest control, and maintenance.
3. Strong leadership and team management skills to guide and oversee a team of gardeners.
4. Knowledge of landscaping tools and machinery.
5. Excellent planning and organizational skills with attention to detail.
6. Ability to design and execute creative landscaping projects.
7. Strong problem-solving skills to address landscaping and maintenance challenges.

Qualifications:
1. Experience leading a team in a landscaping or similar environment.
2. Strong communication skills to coordinate with management and other departments.
