About Intercity Travelers
Intercity Travelers is Zambia’s leading travel and hospitality platform, providing seamless bus ticket bookings, hotel reservations, car rentals, and curated holiday experiences.
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Hospitality Manager to oversee and enhance our customer experience, manage relationships with hospitality partners, and drive service excellence.

• Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage hotel and lodge partnerships to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Develop and implement hospitality standards to enhance customer satisfaction.
Work closely with travel agents, hotels, and tourism operators to create exclusive travel packages.
Monitor customer feedback and recommend service improvements.
Train and guide the customer service team to maintain excellent guest relations.
Negotiate favorable contracts with accommodation providers to maximize value for our customers.
Ensure all listings meet our quality and safety standards.

• Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in hospitality, travel, or tourism management.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in managing partnerships with hotels, lodges, and tourism service providers.
Ability to analyze market trends and enhance customer experiences.
Proficiency in CRM and hospitality management software is an added advantage.
