We are seeking an experienced and accredited HR Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources. The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices, oversee all HR functions, including – but not limited to – recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
• Recruit and Onboard new hires Conduct performance management and provide feedback Manage Payroll and benefits for employees
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure we attract and hire top talent.
• Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
• Maintain and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide coaching and support to managers and employees.
• Ensure a positive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement and retention.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR management.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or higher or relevant experience
• 5+ years’ experience in Human Resources
• Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
• Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
• Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
• Attention to detail and good judgement
• Good working knowledge on ERP software, ideally SAP Business One
