Tender For Supply And Delivery of School Furniture, Pieces of Age-Appropriate Toilet Pans, Pieces of Standard Toilet Pans and Assorted Sanitary Fittings for the Construction Of 110 Hub Centers for the Zambia Enhancing Early Learning (Zeel) Project Under The Ministry Of Education.

The Ministry of Education has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Zambia Enhancing Early Learning (ZEEL) Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contracts for supply and delivery of School Furniture, Pieces of age-appropriate Toilet Pans, Pieces of Standard Toilet Pans and assorted Sanitary Fittings for the construction of 110 Hub Centers for the Zambia Enhancing Early Learning Project (ZEEL) under the Ministry of Education.

The Ministry of Education now invites sealed bids from eligible and experienced Bidders for School Furniture, Pieces of age-appropriate Toilet Pans, Pieces of Standard Toilet Pans and assorted Sanitary Fittings for the construction of 110 Hub Centers for the Zambia Enhancing Early Learning Project (ZEEL) under the Ministry of Education as detailed in the bidding document and the summarized schedule of requirements in the Table below:

Notes:

1. Bidders may bid for one or more lots, as further defined in the bidding document. However, the award of a contract shall be restricted to a maximum number of three lots per bidder subject to meeting qualification requirements for each lot.
2. Bidding will be conducted through Open National Bidding procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act No. 8 of 2020 and the Public Procurement Regulations of 2022.
3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and/or inspect the bidding document from the office of the Head-Procurement and Supplies Unit, Ministry of Education, Headquarters, Corner of Mogadishu & Chimanga Road, Lusaka, Zambia.
4. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ZMW 500.00 (Five Hundred Kwacha Only) or equivalent in freely convertible currency.
5. Bids must be submitted to the Ministry of Education before 10:30 hours local time on Friday, 6th December 2024.
6. All bids must be accompanied by a signed Bid Securing Declaration.
