JOB DETAILS:
Ndubaluba Outdoor Centre is Zambia’s leading Christian Adventure Learning Centre, renowned for its outstanding reputation and diverse on- and off-site adventure programs for schools. We are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Lead Instructor to join our team in May 2025.

Key Requirements:
• Recognized qualifications in climbing, paddle sports, and hiking.
• Degree or diploma in outdoor education or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in residential adventure-based learning.
• Committed Christian with a passion for outdoor youth ministry.
• Physically fit, including the ability to swim at least 50 meters in open water.
• Valid passport, manual driver’s license, and police clearance.
• Additional relevant certifications.
