JOB DETAILS:
The National Institute of Public Administration [NIPA], exists under the Act of Parliament No. 15 of 1998. The Institute now seeks the services of highly motivated individuals to join its team of skilled professionals. Applications are now invited for the following position:
Position: Lecturer II, Public Sector/Public Administration
Reports to: Principal Lecturer, Management and Development Studies

Job Purpose
To plan, design, deliver, coordinate and evaluate courses in area of specialization in order to impart relevant knowledge and skills required by the clients for their improved performance and relevance in the industry.

Knowledge, Experience and Skills requirements
• Five (5) ‘O’ Levels or higher acceptable at a University.
• Bachelor ‘s Degree in Public Administration or Management related discipline preferably with a merit.
• Masters’ Degree in Public Administration or Management related discipline.
• Three (03) years relevant post graduate experience.
• Evidence of publications in area of specialization.
• Excellent communications skills.
• Computer literate.
Location: Lusaka Main Campus

Level of Education: Postgraduate Degree
