JOB DETAILS:
Are you a skilled and experienced driver with a passion for providing safe, reliable, and professional transportation services? We are seeking a highly responsible and discreet individual to serve as the Professional Driver for the Managing Director (MD). The ideal candidate will be experienced in driving executive personnel, maintaining vehicles to the highest standards, and adhering to strict confidentiality and punctuality. Key Responsibilities:
• Safely and efficiently transport the Managing Director to various destinations, ensuring punctuality and adherence to schedules.
• Maintain the assigned vehicle to the highest standards, ensuring it is always in optimal working condition and impeccably clean.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections, including but not limited to oil, tire pressure, fluid levels, and other necessary maintenance checks.
• Ensure timely servicing, fueling, and general upkeep of the vehicle to avoid any operational disruptions.
• Strictly comply with all traffic regulations and company safety protocols, always ensuring a safe environment for passengers.
• Accurately maintain a logbook for all trips, including mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents.
• Provide assistance with errands and other tasks as directed by the Managing Director.
• Always uphold confidentiality and professionalism, particularly in sensitive situations.

Qualifications & Experience:
• A valid driver’s license with experience operating lefthand drive vehicles.
• Proven experience in driving automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Public Service Vehicle (PSV) License is an advantage.
• Certification in Defensive Driving is highly desirable.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional driving experience, preferably in a corporate or executive environment.
• Strong knowledge of Lusaka roads and traffic patterns, including alternative routes to avoid delays.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain vehicles in excellent condition, with an eye for detail and a commitment to cleanliness and maintenance.
• Living in Makeni Bonaventure or surrounding areas is considered an added advantage.
