JOB DETAILS:
Key Responsibilities
• Rebuild, replace, or repair vehicle parts such as engines, brakes, transmission lines, electrical assemblies, and accessories.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Inspect work performed by mechanics in overhaul and repair of automotive equipment.
• Review and approve completed work orders.
• Perform safety inspections for all vehicles/ equipment.
• Operate tools, equipment, and machinery according to prescribed safety procedures.
• Keep shop, equipment, and tools in safe operating condition.
• Recommend replacement of existing equipment.
• Conduct annual inventory of physical equipment and supplies.

Required Qualifications
• At least 8 years of proven work experience in a supervisory role
• A Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Heavy equipment repair
• Knowledge and experience of managing and handling heavy duty Equipment
• Member of EIZ
• Qualified Technician with proven experience in working with various heavy duty equipment
• Good leadership and management skills.
• Effective Time Management
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
