Job Description
Maintenance Supervisor
1. Education And Experience
a. Educational background
• Engineering degree preferably (Electrical and Electronics discipline).
• Extensive background in Operations and Engineering maintenance of at least 2 years in a busy process, manufacturing or oil industry. (Oil & Gas experience will be an added advantage).

b. Skills and Competences
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills for seamless collaboration within the team and with stakeholders. Working knowledge of English required.
• Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and practices in a hazardous environment.
• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot and solve maintenance technical problems related to equipment and have a proactive approach towards maintenance and reduction of downtime.
• Demonstrated physical fitness to perform duties in a demanding operational environment efficiently.
• Strong observational and analytical abilities to identify and address potential issues proactively.
• Aptitude for teamwork, contributing to a positive and productive work culture while achieving collective goals.
