JOB DETAILS:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and implement human capital strategies aligned with the company’s vision and business objectives.
• Oversée recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
• Lead performance management and employee development initiatives to foster a high-performance culture.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Drive employee engagement and organizational development programs.
• Manage compensation and benefits administration in line with market trends and company policy.
• Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR related matters.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• A Master’s degree or relevant professional certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in human resources, with at least 4 years in a managerial role in a reputable organisation.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations,
• Proven experience in HR strategic management, talent management. employee relations, performance management, and organizational de- development.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Member of the ZHRM a must.
