JOB DETAILS:
SUITUP SOLUTIONS LTD, a leading men’s clothing store in Lusaka, is looking for an enthusiastic, innovative, and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Marketing and Customer Care Specialist. If you are passionate about fashion, customer engagement, and driving marketing strategies, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns to promote the SUITUP brand and drive customer engagement.
-Study and manage social media platforms, ensuring content is up-to-date and aligns with current trends.
-Monitor social media and shopping trends to ensure the store is always on top of industry developments.
-Organize and oversee photoshoots to create high-quality promotional materials for social media and the website.
-Ensure the branding material is consistently of top quality, reflecting the store’s image.
-Maintain business documents, ensuring all necessary records are organized and up-to-date.
-Work closely with sales personnel to ensure adequate stock levels and a seamless customer shopping experience.
-Collaborate with the store manager to maintain the store’s image, ensuring a stylish and inviting atmosphere.
-Stay in touch with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
Requirements:
-A Diploma or Degree in Marketing or any related field is required.
-Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a retail or fashion environment.
-Strong understanding of social media trends and platforms, with the ability to create engaging content.
-Self-motivated, innovative, and able to work independently to drive business success.
-A keen interest in fashion and up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build -strong relationships with customers and team members.
-Ability to organize, multitask, and work under tight deadlines.
-Experience in organizing photoshoots and creating promotional materials is a plus.
