Job Description
Chainama Hills College Hospital is looking for a compassionate Mental Health Specialist to provide therapy and counseling services to individuals and families.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
1. Conduct mental health assessments and develop treatment plans.
2. Provide individual and group therapy sessions.
3. Educate patients and families on coping strategies.
4. Collaborate with healthcare providers for holistic care.
5. Maintain confidentiality and accurate patient records.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Social Work.
• Registered with the Zambian Allied Health Professions Council.
• Experience in counseling or therapy roles.
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
• Empathy and commitment to patient care.
