Its Head Office is located in the Lusaka’s Light Industrial Area along Nampundwe Road, Off Mumbwa Road. In its quest to maintain quality service delivery, the company seeks to recruit qualifiedhighly motivated and goal-oriented professionals to fill the following positions.
1.Job Title : IT Technician (1 position)
Reports To : IT Manager
Job Overview
This position holder will be responsible for providing technical support, maintenance, and repair of computer systems, hardware, and software in our manufacturing facilities in order to protect company assets and properties.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
• Provide technical support and assistance to users on computer-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot and repair computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as backups, updates, and virus scans.
• Assist in the implementation of new IT projects and initiatives.
• Collaborate with the IT Manager to develop and implement IT policies and procedures.
• Provide training and guidance to users on new software and hardware.
• Maintain accurate records of IT inventory, maintenance, and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the IT Manager.
Minimum Requirements – Education, Experience and Skills
• Diploma or Certificate in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT support, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking fundamentals.
• Experience with Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and other productivity software.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
2.Job Title : IT Assistant (1 position)
Reports To : IT Manager
Job Overview
This position holder will be responsible for providing technical support, maintenance, and repair of computer systems, hardware, and software in our manufacturing facilities in order to protect company assets and properties.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
• Provide technical assistance to staff and users on hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and peripherals.
• Perform system updates, software installations, and troubleshooting.
• Manage and troubleshoot LAN/WAN and internet connectivity issues.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of surveillance systems.
• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and related equipment.
Minimum Requirements – Education, Experience and Skills
• Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT support and CCTV installation/maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac operating systems, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with surveillance systems, access control, and security technologies.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Physical ability to climb ladders and install equipment as needed.
3.Job Title : CCTV Operator (1 position)
Reports To : CCTV Section Head
Job Overview
Monitor and operate CCTV equipment including cameras, radios and ancillary equipment making appropriate pro-active and reactive responses.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
• Monitor and track vehicles in real-time using CCTV and other technologies.
• Provide situational awareness of all fleets to Trade Kings group of Directors and other stakeholders.
• Operate vehicle tracking software and equipment.
• Communicate with police and other emergency services to provide vehicle location and movement information if any query.
• Maintain accurate records and logs of vehicle tracking activities.
• Provide regular updates of both fleets in transit and parked out of the Depot
Minimum Requirements – Education, Experience and Skills
• Diploma or Certificate in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT support, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking fundamentals.

4.Job Title : Safety Officer (1 position)
Reports To : Senior Safety Officer
Job Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting a safety-first culture, identifying and mitigating hazards, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies, procedures, and training programs.
• Investigate incidents and near-misses, and provide recommendations for prevention.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify and mitigate safety risks associated with new equipment, processes, and materials.
• Provide safety training and orientation to new employees and contractors.
• Monitor and analyze safety performance metrics, and provide regular reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations, standards, and company policies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies, industry associations, and other stakeholders.
• Participate in emergency response planning and drills.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Senior Safety Officer.
Minimum Requirements – Education, Experience and Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a safety role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Occupational Health and Safety
• Technologist (OHST) certification.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and safety management software.
5.Job Title : Project Coordinator (1 position)
Reports To : Maintenance Manager
Job Overview
The MIS Project Coordinator is essential for the successful execution of projects, facilitating coordination among various departments. This role involves administrative responsibilities such as preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), recording data, scheduling meetings, and documenting meeting minutes. The coordinator collaborates with teams and stakeholders to track project progress, ensuring timely completion while managing the availability of necessary materials and equipment.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
• Conduct research to provide support to different teams and departments as needed.
• Handle administrative tasks, including the preparation of BOQs and estimates, and scheduling meetings.
• Monitor and report on project progress to ensure timely completion of all tasks.
• Complete assigned tasks from the Project Leader efficiently and effectively.
• Undertake additional responsibilities assigned by the Project Leader in an organized manner.
• Maintain timely follow-up on equipment Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) and overall project progress.
Minimum Requirements – Education, Experience and Skills
• A Diploma or Degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software, such as AutoCAD.
• Highly organized with the capability to multitask and oversee several projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• Relevant training or certifications in MIS Project Management are advantageous.
6.Job Title : Operations Officer (1 position)
Reports To : Operations Manager
Job Overview
The Operations Officer, will oversee the day-to-day operations of the factory. Responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of the factory, as well as coordinating with various departments to achieve business objectives. That is coordinating production schedules, managing inventory, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality regulations.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
• Factory Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the factory, ensuring that production targets are met and that all operations are conducted safely and efficiently.
• Production Planning: Coordinate with the production planning team to ensure that production schedules are met and that all necessary resources are available to meet customer demand and production targets.
• Supervise Staff: Supervise and train production staff to ensure they are working efficiently and safely.
• Quality Control: Work with the quality control team to ensure that all products meet quality standards and that any quality issues are addressed promptly. Monitor and report on production performance, including efficiency, and safety metrics.
• Communication and Coordination: Coordinate with various departments, including production, maintenance, and quality control, to ensure that all operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve operational problems, including equipment issues, staffing shortages, and supply chain disruptions.
• Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports on factory operations, including production metrics, quality control data, and safety performance.
• Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations, including ISO 9001 and OSHA standards.
• Collaborate with Other Departments: Collaborate with other departments, including maintenance, quality, and logistics, to ensure smooth operations.
Minimum Requirements – Education, Experience and Skills
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management or related field.
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a factory operations or management role.
• Strong knowledge of factory operations and management principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

7.Job Title : Operations Truck Tank Driver (1 position)
Reports To : Operations Manager
Job Overview
Operation Truck Tank Driver will be responsible for safely operating a tank truck to transport food products, such as starch , liquid Glucose and any other product from the production facility to customers or distribution centers and other any other task assigned by the operations manager.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
• Pre-Trip Inspection: Conduct pre-trip inspections of the tank truck and trailer to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Load and Unload Product: Load and unload food products from the tank truck, ensuring that the product is handled and transported in a safe and sanitary manner.
• Transport Product: Transport products to customers or distribution centers, ensuring that the product is delivered on time and in good condition.
• Maintain Records: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including quantities, temperatures, and any issues that may have arisen during transport.
• Follow Safety Protocols: Follow all safety protocols and procedures, including those related to food safety and handling.
• Perform Basic Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance tasks on the tank truck and trailer, such as checking oil and tire pressure etc.
• Communicate with Dispatch or Operation Officers
• Communicate with dispatch/operations officers and logistics personnel to ensure that deliveries are made on time and that any issues are addressed promptly.
Minimum Requirements – Education, Experience and Skills
• High school-certificate or any certificate in transport & logistic or equivalent required is an advantage .
• Commercial Driver’s License (CDL): Possess a valid CDL with a tanker endorsement.
• Food Safety Certification: Possess a food safety certification, such as HACCP or SQF.
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience driving a tank truck, preferably in the food industry.
• Excellent driving skills,
• Ability to work independently,
• Strong knowledge of vehicle operation and safety procedures.
