Information about the position:
• AGIC Energy Southern Africa Limited Seeks to recruit suitably qualified individuals to fill out the following positions:

1. Social Media and Marketing Representative
Job Purpose
The Social -Media and Marketing Representative will work with the Group Chief Executive Officer, Global Marketing Director and Regional General Manager to align the Company’s Global focus on marketing, promotion and social media penetration. He/she will assist in the execution of inbound marketing strategy, drive social media-based marketing campaigns, maintenance and development of the corporate websites. Provide analysis of current campaigns and feed the information to the Marketing and Executive team.

Main Tasks
i. Responsible for coordinating and preparing for expositions.
ii. Develop and optimise online marketing initiatives to drive sales.
iii. Pinpointing strategic marketing opportunities to end user clients.
iv. Develop and manage content-based Social Networks and Blog Sites.
v. Contribute to and influence the direction of social media strategy.
vi. Setting up and optimizing company pages within each social media platform (Facebook, twitter, YouTube Instagram i.e.)
vii. Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website and create and optimize targeted and custom landing pages and micro-sites;
viii. Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.
ix. Implement, analyse, and optimize organic and paid search engine marketing activities.
x. Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
xi. Implement and execute email campaigns to nurture leads and customers;
xii. Analyse and provide weekly & monthly digital marketing metrics and lead status reports;
xiii. Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
xiv. Build and support Business Development strategies, including optimizing keywords in content marketing projects.
xv. Identify habits of our online customers and suggest ways to reach a broader audience.
xvi. Maintain a cohesive strategy across all platforms to increase our brand awareness Coordinate with the Marketing Manager and GCEO to design effective and tailor made/seasonal Social Media advertising campaigns.

Qualification
i. Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications or Journalism
ii. Qualification in Digital Marketing or Social Media Management will be plus.
iii. Must have a minimum of 4-6 years of work experience as a Social Media Analyst, Digital Marketer Social Media Coordinator or similar role.
iv. Must have experience in designing brochures, flyers, branded t-shirts, logos and signposts.
v. Must have reasonable experience in script-writing and editing.
vi. Proven Hands-on experience with social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
vii. In-depth understanding of keyword research and Google analytics
viii. Familiarity with WordPress and content management systems is preferred.
ix. Must have a track record of managing social media accounts on multiple platforms.


2. Warehouse Supervisor
Job Purpose
The Warehouse Supervisor will coordinate with logistics to ensure that all comodities expected are recieved in good order, He/She will ensure that stock is accounted for at all times and stock records are kept clean and updated in a timeous manner.

Main Tasks
i. Manage all warehouse activities seamlessly including daily inventory planning, inventory accounting and management, Storage, logistical support and distribution, and administration of the AGIC Energy warranty policy.
ii. Ensure all safety requirements are met for the warehouse team i.e., Personal protective equipment is provided and worn, trainings, etc.
iii. Train and develop supervisors and department staff inclusive of completion and proper execution of work procedures, employee development, performance reviews, etc.
iv. Manage warehouse projects and initiatives and achieve desired results and client satisfaction within budget and schedule.
v. Track productivity to meet company’s requirements and maximize operational efficiency.
vi. Oversee the employee life cycle i.e., partner with HR to assist with recruitment activities/strategies, manage the onboarding process and participate in engagement activities to improve retention.
vii. Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Experience:
i. Warehouse Management experience including vehicle loading and inventory forecasting, planning, accounting and inventory control.
ii. Knowledge of computer software and warehouse management systems
iii. Forklift certification added advantage.
Requirements
i. Client management experience developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers.
ii. Excellent verbal and written communication skills within all levels of an organization
iii. Ability to obtain forklift certification.
iv. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite i.e., PowerPoint, Excel, Word
v. This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test.

Qualification
i. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Purchase and supply
ii. 2 plus years of warehouse experience including vehicle loading and inventory forecasting and 2 plus years of people leadership experience.

3. Technical Support and Logistics Oficer
Job Purpose
The Technical Support and Losgistics Officer ensure that products, inventory and parts move from one place to another efficiently and cost-effectively. The will work with the team to ensure all parts are correctly assembled and in good working order.

Main Tasks
i. Inspection and assessment of the electrical system equipment and coordinate maintenance planning processes.
ii. Install and supply On/Off Grid Solar Systems to various organizations and ascertain compliance to required safety standards and approved regulations.
iii. Develop and implement quality assurance strategy as well as assist with product testing and development.
iv. Coordinate all Inventory management and stock audits for both the main Warehouse and Distributors that is daily and weekly stock reconciliation.
v. Carry out technical audits regarding performance and quality of service.
vi. Promote and provide customer support on various solar products and resolve customer complaints.
vii. Carry out load analysis and ensure systems are within acceptable power limits.
viii. Carry out logistics and transportation operations for deliveries of solar products to clients as well as verifying import and export product documentation.
ix. Give recommendations on viable cost-effective maintenance initiatives and prepare budget.
x. Manage and supervise all Agents across the provincial towns and districts throughout the Region for improved operations and service delivery.
xi. Identify areas where performance can be improved and managed in order to make improvements for the business.
xii. Liaising with the accounts department by Issuing purchase orders, invoices, goods received notes and receipts for any transactions.
xiii. Compilation of daily, weekly and monthly reports to maintain records in area of responsibility.

Required Skills
i. Warehouse Management experience including vehicle loading and inventory forecasting.
ii. Knowledge of computer software and warehouse management systems
iii. Forklift certification added advantage.
iv. Requirements
v. Client management experience developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers.

ii. 2 plus years of experience in similar setting

4. Receptionist
Job Purpose
The receptionist will be the first point of contact and client interface at the warehouse and will be assisting the warehouse supervisor in cordinating activities.

Main Tasks
i. Reception duties
ii. Perform reception services acting as first point of contact,
iii. Answering incoming calls, transferring calls to appropriate staff and taking/distributing messages
iv. Greeting visitors, handling requests for information and directing visitors to appropriate destinations.
v. Sigh for and distribute all mails and packages received.

Requirements
i. At least One (1) years’ experience at same level.
ii. Good communication skills
iii. Proficiency in use of Microsoft office
iv. Ability to prepare reports and respond to official correspondence.

Qualification
i. Diploma in Business Administration
