Job Title: Production & Quality Control Manager x1
Reporting to: General Manager
Umoyo seeks a dedicated Production and Quality Control Manager to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining product integrity, overseeing production processes, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Duties
• Oversee all aspects of the production processes to ensure seamless operations and adherence to production schedules.
• Develop and execute comprehensive production plans that align with business objectives and meet market demands.
• Design and implement new processes and procedures to enhance efficiency, productivity, and product quality.
• Ensure thorough inspection of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to maintain high quality standards.
• Accurately document and maintain records of tests, inspections, and certifications to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Prepare and present regular reports on production operations, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement.

Job Title: Administrative Officer
Reports To: Human Resource Manager
Job Overview: This position is a huge supportive role to the entire company. The ideal candidate will be in charge of managing daily office operations, maintaining confidential records, overseeing office supplies and providing essential HR support

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Organize and maintain general filing system for important and confidential company documents/records, update office policies as needed, create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data. This also entails maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality.
• Perform general office duties such scanning, photocopying.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to address office needs and repairs.
• Prepare reports and purchase orders.

Umoyo is looking for a Lusaka based proactive and charismatic Retail Shop Assistant to join the team.
The individual should be honest, a team player, friendly, has the ability to build relationships and deliver a true retail customer experience because these qualities are key to this role.

Key duties will include:
• To deliver ‘wow’ through excellent customer service. Customer service is not an afterthought but an intrinsic part of the sales process.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in graphic design, website management, and digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design:
• Visualize and create graphics for marketing and social media that captivate and communicate our brand message.
• Design labels and packaging for new Umoyo products, ensuring a consistent visual identity across all materials.
• Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using industry-standard software, while selecting appropriate colours and layouts.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to produce final designs and ensure graphics are tested and visually appealing across various media.
• Create engaging social media content across all platforms, designing for both digital and print media, including website banners, newsletters, and advertisements.
Website Management:
• Maintain and update the Umoyo website with fresh, campaign-aligned content.

Digital Marketing:
