• Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage potential customers to drive sales of Zamlight products.
• Promote, market, and sell products to both new and existing clients.
• Participate in sales campaigns and promotional activities to increase product awareness.
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
• Collect and relay customer feedback to improve services and product offerings.
• Research market trends and competitors to develop effective sales strategies.

• Minimum Qualifications
Full Grade 12 Certificate.
Certificate in Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Prior experience in sales or marketing is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and manage a team of DSAs to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Provide ongoing coaching, training, and motivation to optimize team performance.
• Monitor individual and team performance to ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Develop and implement actionable sales strategies to drive results.
Conduct regular team meetings to share updates, address challenges, and review progress.
• Resolve escalated customer issues and ensure excellent customer service.
• Prepare and submit detailed sales reports to management.
• Participate in the recruitment, training, and onboarding of new sales agents.

Minimum Qualifications
• Full Grade 12 Certificate.
• Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of sales experience, including 1 year in a supervisory role.
