JOB DETAILS:
1. Head of Finance & Support Services
Job Purpose:
Reporting to the Managing Director, this role oversees all financial operations, human resources, and administrative functions to ensure financial sustainability, operational efficiency, and strategic planning. The role involves managing budgets, financial reporting, risk management, HR strategy, and administrative processes to drive profitability and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement financial and operational strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations for executive decision-making.
• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and workforce planning.
• Oversee the production of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Implement and oversee financial control and risk management frameworks.
• Manage cash flow and ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs.
• Supervise administrative functions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with the Human Capital Business Partner to implement workplace policies.
• Lead and develop the finance, HR, and administration teams.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax regulations, and statutory financial policies.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s Degree preferred).
• Professional certification (e.g., C.A., ACCA, CIMA, CIPD).
• 12 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Experience in telecommunications, IT, or infrastructure sectors is an advantage.

• Proficiency in financial ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Sage) and HR management systems.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.

2. Head of Technology & Operations
Job Purpose:
Reporting to the Managing Director, this role oversees all technology and operational functions, ensuring alignment with business objectives, driving innovation, efficiency, and reliability. The role involves managing infrastructure, digital transformation, cybersecurity, network operations, and ensuring overall operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement technology strategy aligned with business goals.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, software development, and system integration.
• Ensure business continuity through robust disaster recovery and cybersecurity measures.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Streamline operational processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Implement best practices in IT service management (ITSM) and operational frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and governance policies.
• Lead the adoption of automation, AI, and cloud computing for business optimization.
• Lead and mentor high-performing technology and operational teams.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and technology partners.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s Degree preferred).
• Professional certifications (e.g., ITIL, Cisco, PMP, TOGAF) are advantageous.
• 15 years of experience in technology and operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience in telecommunications, IT, or infrastructure sectors is highly desirable.
