JOB DETAILS:
E-Solar Tech Limited, a leading provider of innovative solar energy solutions, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Office Sales Personnel to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our comprehensive range of solar products, including power backup systems, PV stand-alone units, solar panels, inverters, solar pumps, and many more.

Responsibilities:
• Actively engage with customers, both in-person and over the phone, to understand their solar energy needs and requirements
• Provide detailed and knowledgeable information about our solar products and solutions
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and quotations to potential clients
• Assist customers with product selection, pricing, and order placement
• Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and follow up on sales leads
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions
• Contribute to the development of effective sales strategies and marketing initiatives

Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the renewable energy or solar industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively explain technical concepts to non-technical customers
• Able to meet monthly sales targets
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Proficient in using business productivity software, such as Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of solar energy technologies and industry trends is highly desirable
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a passion for renewable energy solutions.

Remuneration.
The salary for this position is K2500 plus Commission.
