Job Summary
We are looking for an Operations Officer to assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of our logistics operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the growth and development of our business.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and coordinating logistics operations, including route planning, cargo handling, and delivery.
- Monitor and track shipments, investigate discrepancies, and provide updates to customers and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with drivers, warehouse staff, and other logistics personnel to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods.
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of shipments, including delivery times, cargo damage, and other relevant information.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to support business growth and development.

Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in logistics operations or a related field.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
