JOB DETAILS:
Reporting to Sales and Marketing Officer at Kitwe Branch Office, the following are the duties the Data Entry Officer will be expected to carry out:-

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Type documents as assigned
• Welcoming clients at the front office desk, inquire from the clients what they need, direct them to officers they need to see
• Distribute brochures and explain courses offered by ITC
• Register clients to be trained in the appropriate registers

QUALIFICATIONS
• Grade 12 School Certificate or its equivalent
• Diploma in secretarial or Diploma Information Communication Technology

EXPERIENCE
• Minimum of two (2) years working experience in a similar field
