Objectives

The objective is to select a qualified company that will supply a 4X4 Vehicle with the following specifications (White colored Right-hand drive, Hardtop, manual gear box, Four Wheel drive (4WD,

4X4): Minimum specs: 4.2L, 4.2D, 6 Cylinder, 10-seater, 5 door, 5 speed manual or automatic with air-conditioning, airbags, transit safety box, side steps, heavy duty roof rack, seat belts for 10, Bluetooth AM/FM radio cd player and delivery to Lusaka).

Eligibility Criteria

All firms must provide:

(a) Firm Data shown in Section 4(Fully filled in) in the RFQ link here

(b) Signed Sworn Statement as in Section 5 in the RFQ link below

Mandatory requirements

1.    Financial Proposal/Quotation

2.    Organization Profile

3.    Certificate of Incorporation

4.    TPIN Certificate

5.    Valid Tax Clearance Certificate

6.    Proof of Physical address – Water bill or Electricity bill

7.    Latest Bank Statement for the past three months

8.    Bank details on a bank letter head.
