JOB DETAILS:
The NAPSA Housing Complex, located in Nyumba Yanga, Lusaka, is a vibrant community consisting of approximately 300 households. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our complex and ensure a high standard of living for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall operations and maintenance of the property.
- Coordinate and supervise maintenance staff and other vendors.
- Address resident concerns and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Develop and manage budgets for property maintenance and improvements.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and community guidelines.
- Organise community events and foster a sense of community among residents.
- Maintain accurate records of property activities and financial transactions.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a property manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of property management and maintenance practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Accounting experience would be an added bonus
