Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
• Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, tidy, and well-stocked.
• Receive and distribute mail and deliveries.
• Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
• Provide administrative support, such as typing, filing, and photocopying.
• Handle basic inquiries and provide information about the company.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
• Grade 12 Certificate
• A Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field is preferred
• Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a customer service role is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Fluency in English [and any other relevant languages].
