Job Purpose:
Managing and growing our Agri Business portfolio, leveraging cutting-edge technology to provide value-driven financial solutions that cater to the evolving needs of our customers in the agricultural sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Portfolio Growth Strategy: Define and execute a digital-first sales strategy to grow your agri-business portfolio, ensuring alignment with growth targets and strategic initiatives. Develop sales campaigns and initiatives that tap into the unique opportunities within the agri-business segment.
• Digital Business Development: Source new business through innovative digital channels and relationships. Utilize technology and data analytics to identify customer needs, offering both standard and customized solutions that resonate with the agri-business community.
• Tailored Solutions & Cross-Selling: Leverage the full suite of solutions to provide personalized services, from mobile neobanking and lending products to advanced digital tools. Proactively cross-sell to enhance the customer’s financial experience and drive ongoing value.
• Proactive Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed targets by proactively engaging with customers, using a mix of technology-driven insights and relationship-building strategies.
• Relationship Building & Networking: Build and maintain a strong network of key contacts within the agri-business ecosystem, from farmers to agritech innovators. Use your relationships to generate new opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Networking & Events: Organize and participate in digital events, webinars, and other community-building initiatives that enhance customer engagement and demonstrate the value of solutions in the agri-business sector.
• Innovative Service Delivery: Exceed customer expectations by providing forward-thinking, digital-first financial solutions. Continuously monitor customer feedback to ensure your solutions are meeting evolving needs and driving satisfaction.
Desired Skills & Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in an Agriculture or related field
• 5 years proven experience in relationship management, sales, or business development in the financial services sector.
• A deep understanding of the agri-business sector, including the digital tools and technologies that can drive growth and transformation.
• Strong sales acumen and the ability to develop digital-first solutions that meet client needs.
• Experience with a broad range of digital neobanking products, including mobile banking, digital payments, online lending, and agritech solutions.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish trust and long-term relationships with both customers and key stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and innovative, with a passion for leveraging technology to drive business growth.
