JOB DETAILS:
Miclex Enterprises Limited is seeking the services of an experienced Sales Engineer to join our team in Chingola. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by on-boarding customers, providing technical expertise as per customer needs, developing and delivering technical presentations and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver a world class sales experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical Sales Support: Provide technical expertise to customers, answering technical questions, and addressing concerns to drive sales growth.
2. Product Demonstrations: Develop and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to customers, highlighting the features, benefits, and value proposition of our products.
3. Solution Development: Collaborate with customers to understand their technical requirements and develop tailored solutions that meet their needs.
4. Technical Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing relationships.
5. Sales Strategy: Work closely with the CEO and operations team to develop and execute sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities and driving sales growth.
6. Product Feedback: Provide feedback on product development as per customer requirements, market trends, and competitor activity/analysis.
7. Trade Shows and Events: Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and other events, showcasing our products and services.
8. Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, pipeline analysis, and sales performance metrics.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience with proven sales ability in the Mining industry.
3. Strong technical knowledge of the Mining Industry/Mining Equipment.
4. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Proven sales skills, with a strong track record of driving sales growth.
6. Valid Drivers License
Added Advantage:
1. Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Industry Certifications: Relevant industry certifications, such as EIZ, ZIM.
3. Language Skills: Fluency in English.
