JOB DETAILS:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the LNDR sales team in Zambia, seeking entrepreneurial opportunities and looking to deliver profitable performances with no excuses for the non-delivery of agreed-upon targets. This role requires a strategic, results-driven leader with a strong sales background and a deep understanding of financial services and the African business landscape.
Requirements & Qualifications:
• A relevant tertiary qualification (preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years managerial experience in a high-performance sales environment.
• Proven track record in financial services, insurance, or micro-finance.
• Strong analytical, communication, and business development skills.
• Ability to lead, train, and motivate a sales team while ensuring service excellence.
An annual cost to company remuneration package will be commensurate with the level of education, technical skills, and experience of the successful candidate.
