Internship Overview
As a Sales and Marketing Intern at ProWeb, you will have the opportunity to work alongside our talented team, gaining hands-on experience and developing your skills in sales, marketing, and client engagement. Key Responsibilities
Sales Support:
• Assist in identifying and researching potential clients.
• Support the preparation of sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
• Follow up on leads and manage client communication.
Marketing Support:
• Contribute to the creation and distribution of marketing materials.
• Help manage the company’s social media accounts and update website content.
• Assist in organizing marketing campaigns and events to engage clients.
Customer Relationship Management:
• Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, or in-person.
• Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring a positive experience.
• Assist in maintaining and nurturing client relationships.
Administrative Tasks:
• Manage and maintain sales records and client databases.
• Schedule meetings and coordinate appointments for the sales and marketing team.
• Support the preparation of sales and marketing presentations and reports.
What We’re Looking For
Education:
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
Skills:
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM software and digital marketing tools is a plus.
