JOB DETAILS:
We're looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Tele-sales Agents in our Zambia branch.
If you have excellent communication skills, and a desire to grow in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities
*Responding to the needs of customers and providing personalized services
*Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customers' inquiries and complaints.
*Receiving, confirming, and scheduling orders and transactions and attaining the set targets by the immediate supervisor.
*Meeting the daily set target of inbound calls per day as per the company policy
*Promptly Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls.
*Following call center “scripts” when handling different topics and clients.
*Identifying customers’ needs, clarifying information, and providing solutions
*Meeting personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
*Evaluating customer problems and complaints and providing proper solutions to them
*Providing information on the company’s products and services and generating interest in the offer.
*Routing calls to other team members whenever needed.
*Making relevant notes from customer interactions.
*Reporting on customers' feedback to the merchant
*Completing call logs and reports promptly.
*Managing, updating and following up on merchant’s accounts.
*Boosting customer loyalty by offering a proper experience over the phone.

Requirements
*Proven customer support experience or experience as a call center representative.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Strong phone handling skills and active listening.
*Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
*High school diploma; higher education or certification in a relevant field is a plus.
*Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
*Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
