JOB DETAILS:
Job Purpose
The Responsibilities of this role will include but not limited to the following:
• Conduct daily examination of the chute boxes.
• Repair of defective parts of the chute boxes
• Ensure all mining safety regulations are observed such as no entry inside operating chute box.
• Overhauling and installation of new chute boxes including permanent removal of old chute boxes.
• Good practical skills.

To be considered for this position, the candidate should meet the following minimum requirements:
• Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent.
• Trained Timberman
• Good interpersonal skills and Good oral & written communication skills.
• Must be a holder of Blasting License
