JOB DETAILS:
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Store Open and Close as per the Schedule
• Daily wise Floor Walk to improve the quality of Store
• KVI lines Checking and Find out Major Out Of Stocks
• Purchase Order creation based on stock Movement Report (ROQ)
• Timely movement of Stock from Store room to Floor
• Control Damage & Expiry in Shelf’s (Checking FEFO& FIFO)
• Checking Prices and timely communication to Supervisors if any changes
• Purchase Order Purchase Return Authorization
• Frontline Supervision and Collecting new customer requirements
• Fruit & Veg and Perishable Department Checking
• Daily wise checking of SOP Files & Diaries of Floor Supervisors
• Timely Reporting of Breakdowns & Faults
• Service Departments
• Daily Department wise sales checking and report providing to Supervisors
• Service Departments Production Planning Checking
• Service Departments Ranges Checking
• Service Departments Records & SOPS Checking
• Service department Cleanliness Checking
• Service Department Order Collecting
• Conduct Service Department counting as per the schedule
• Daily wise checking of SOP Files & Diaries of department Supervisors
• Daily wise usage checking & control
• Service Department wastage checking & control
• Timely Reporting of Breakdowns
• Proper Recording and Maintaining Of Asset Register
• Data Entry
• Invoice & claim file maintaining
• Pending Invoice related issues& timely communication to MDM
• Daily wise Negative GP Checking & Sort out
• Daily Negative Stock Checking & Sort out
• SOPS
• Implement the SOPs and follow it 100%
• Train and Manage the Staffs according to SOP

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION: Diploma in Business Studies or better
WORK EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS: Minimum 3years in the Retail Industry
